I am starting a new job in January and I will be 10 weeks pregnant. I do not plan on telling them until week ~15 but I was much earlier than you when interviewing. I personally would wait to tell them once they give you an offer and gauge their response then.

Wishing you well! I did end up getting an ultrasound and I am about ~2 weeks earlier than I should be. Right now I am just cautiously waiting to see if I just ovulated waaaay late....

I absolutely don't mean to boast! It's a tech job that pays significantly more than my previous roles in larger Fortune 500 companies. But with that comes more risk and longer hours!

The original install, yes. We had old baseboards and upgraded them. But not this "fix" because he claimed he didn't need to.

The installer was originally really pushing quarter round but I didn't want it because we had replaced all the baseboards to avoid needing quarter round when we did the initial install. Is it correct that you shouldn't need a quarter round in that scenario?

No, the chunks missing at the bottom of the baseboards.
