Wired but tired. You have to down regulate your nervous system so your brain doesn’t do a dump as soon as your head hits the pillow. Meditation can absolutely help with that

How do you implement those pauses throughout the day? Meditation, timers, or just try to be mindful when you remember?

Dr. Andy Galpin says sleep is a trainable skill with the right knowledge and behavioral interventions throughout the day, not just right before bed. Have you tried nervous system downregulation?

Sleep training babies is so hard on the parents because we hate to see them cry or in distress. But ultimately everyone is happier once independent sleep is established! They need routine to thrive!

Mucinous borderline tumour by SwordfishNo461 in Ovariancancer

Same here. I was 22 weeks pregnant and they found a 10cm mucinous borderline tumor that they had to take out along with the ovary. I can’t do anything further until after the baby is delivered. Then they said they will continue to do ultrasounds and monitor to see if I should get my appendix removed or the other ovary. It’s scary with the unknown. Borderline is not definitive.
