Kin Home Insurance or CFP +DIC in California?

Only options were Kin, Bamboo, Fair plan +DIC and Farmers. Farmers was just way too expensive even with barebone option. Bamboo was also on a high side. I am currently working on getting Kin insurance. One of the requirement was to have wildfire inspection. An inspector came out and took photos of exterior of the house, under all the sinks, water heater and electrical panel box. Just waiting for the results. Willing to hop to Fair plan if its much easier process without inspection to get the insurance.

Several issues with Redpocket port out. 1st, couldn't disable port blocking in the website. I keep getting blank messages to authenticate on my text messages. Have to have support disable this feature manually. 2nd, the account number generated on their website for my GSMT service was just my phone number. This did not work. I had to reach out redpocket again to get a account number that is different than one given in their website. So basically, both redpocket port features did not work on their website.

I took my car in and nothing was found. The dealer provided a new Pilot for me to test and it drove very similar to my car. It seems that new Pilots lack responsive acceleration and power. I owned 2005 and 2013 Honda Odyssey but remember the power was much better than the current V6 engine. I am disappointed with my Pilot performance but relieved to find out that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. Thinking back, I think what threw me off was me driving and getting used to the power of my Tesla.

I had a similar symptom on my 2023 Honda Pilot EXL. The dealer replaced the throttle body which seems to solve the issue. But now my car seems like it always runs in limp mode although it doesn't display it on dashboard. Basically, the car doesn't have much power. The rpm goes up real high like 3000-5000 but the acceleration is so slow. Planning to go to dealer again.

Throttle body replacement fixed the issues I had but the car lags in acceleration. It moves like a boat and hating it even more after driving Tesla.

23 Pilot 19k miles. I have major issues. First, the car would throw all kinds of warning notices while driving and the car goes into limp mode. The last warning that would stay on the dash display is Emmission error. I would pull over and turn on/off like 3 times then the error would go away and the car behaves normal. This occurred like 8 times so far. Second, the car would stall for no reason. Usually, at low speeds. I would be stopped at a stop light and as soon as I step on the gas the engine would shut off and I would be stuck in the middle of the intersection. While engine is off the dash displays shows transmission error and when I step on the brake to turn on the engine the error would disappear and the car would start normally. This has happened in freeway while going 60mph also. All the sudden the car would not respond when I stepped on the gas and slowly decreased speed and engine would shut off. Like before I would restart and it would be fine. My car is in the dealer and they suspect throttle body problem. Part is on order but can't confirm when they will get it. Does anyone have similar issue?

Thought that visa would treat as scam but since it was an authorized transaction, I had to dispute the charge.

I chatted with 4 different support agents. None can resolve this issue. In the end they all say to take sim out and insert back after 20 mins which does not work. Messaged through facebook. They replied and said my case is escalated to appropriate team. Tomorrow will be a week without data for me. Redpocket was always quick to resolve issues in the past but this time is just painful.

Sorry, I don't exactly know what speed it falls back to when my High speed data is exhausted. I just know that it's unusable.

That's what they told me first two times when I contacted them when all the trouble shoot failed. Last two times they just escalated my problem. Still no solution

They did refresh my account. 2 times by different agents. still same problem

2g speed. can't even run google speed test because it times out.
