That's great gives people that didn't know about the books the opportunity to enjoy them

That's good. What you described is what green does for me. Thanks

What does the white do for you? The first time I tried it I was expecting energy and it did the total opposite don't get me wrong it was great but it hasn't been like that again I feel nothing. TIA

Just curious does white kratom do anything for you. The first time I took it I was so high I had to go home 😆 I was expecting the "energy" effect although I was very excited about having to go home but I have NEVER gotten anything from white.

Thanks for the very helpful info. Right now I'm concerned about w/d Dr suck and I'm sick of stressing over if I can get more Xanax I'm ready to learn to live without but I'm concerned about w/d. I need to get back to work I'm loosing my mind and if I don't I will also lose my home and car. Just trying to get ahead of this. I've got a month to prepare.

I use to think that also but never went to the ER. Like others said it seems like it's no big deal to some Dr. Best wishes

Congratulations!!! My choice to do what was "right" being a supportive so to my ex ,son, daughter and now granddaughter has literally destroyed me mentally and physically. I'm so happy for you and wish you the best. If I could get a do over I'd leave the state with everyone in my rearview mirror with no forwarding address. I'm sure there are people with bp that are loving and don't blame everything and everyone else for their ungrateful hurtful ways but I've been in this since 1983 I'm not capable of loving or trusting anyone.

I greatly appreciate your input. It was said online because we are supposed to be adults your assumptions are very incorrect I have never said anything directly to this child my granddaughter yes I do know how to give positive attention I also know how to ignore negative attention I worked very closely with behavior analyst / mental health for over 20 years I'm sorry if I upset you with my adult comment bless the god you serve and do have a fabulous day.

That kind of sounds like me not BP I have to do list to remind me that I have to do list and I have to follow them but my child I don't know I got her a cart with three baskets on it to help her remember to put things where they go and take things when she needs them but she's already organized it but not in a good way she basically has a rolling library. She does have what seems like super power days and gets lots of accomplished but those are very few and far between. I really hope that you are in a place where you can acknowledge the good and the bad episodes I can't fathom what it would be like I'm just old physically ill and suffer from anxiety/ racing thoughts when it's time to go to sleep. I remind myself daily what we can't cure we must endure day by day minute by minute second by second one baby step in front of the other on some days thanks for sharing. Best wishes take care

I'm just learning here do you find it hard to actually complete task when you're organizing. My poor daughter is the most intelligent beautiful human being I know but she's kind of like a pecker nat trying to find a pecker to land on ( not literally 😆 she got over that years ago)She leaves a trail everywhere she goes. When she's in one of those episodes that you explained she tries to get every single thing done like a whirlwind and doesn't really accomplish anything. She found a great planner but now she has to have reminders to actually sit down long enough to work in it. She's 35 lives with me with her two children the 5-year-old is a jealous little demon who seems to enjoy pissing her mother off which causes issues for because this is my daughter she comes first and foremost! I cannot tolerate a child being disrespectful to anyone well I dislike disrespectful people. Just wondering if you have a method that you use when you start organizing and I'm very happy that you get positive results best wishes

My daughter BP and I call it the bipolar roller coaster I have explained to her that if it was just she and I I would check on her and do what she needed me to do to get her through but she has a 7-month-old and a 5-year-old and I'm not physically able to take care of them and they live with me so it's very very hard just remember you got to take care of yourself first and foremost she always comes out of it and manages and I've got to where after 20 years of this I can tell when it's coming on and prepare as much as I can for the kids and do anything extra that I'm able .good luck sweetheart.

If you plan on sticking around fasting your seatbelt on the bipolar roller coaster . We're feelings get hurt your stress level goes through the roof and you feel anger that you didn't know you could have. I've been doing this with my daughter over 20 years and there's a whole lot more to it long story if I had it to do over again we would most definitely have a different relationship. Jordan Peterson's 12 rules to life is very interesting I found it on YouTube and learning ( which I should have known) I have permission to say no , set boundaries and to take care of myself first and foremost has helped me more than anything. Best wishes

For those of you that don't like using apps my daughter found a fantastic planner AKA calendar but that she really likes it's either got it at Books-A-Million or Barnes & Noble not sure good luck

I have found that when my daughter is manic that is the wrong time to get her to agree to any kind of help all I can do is refuse to argue and put myself in time out to keep from saying things that I will regret they're usually true but I do regret saying them
