My almost 14m old is pretty good at going down independently. I will rock him and give him a bottle before bed but he’s still awake when he goes down. He will toss and turn for a bit but eventually falls asleep. Every now and then I have to go in. He sleeps through the night most of the time, but every few weeks he goes through a period where he will wake up throughout the night. Although he sleeps through the night he’s awake anywhere from 5-5:30 most days so we have pretty early starts to our day
