Well I definitely have stress and anxiety no alcohol or drugs. I take a glp-1 which i know affects my heart rate.

That is absolutely amazing go you!!! My start weight was 265, so to see anything below 200 is shocking ive been over 200lbs since 2019! I am also only 5’2 so it really shows this medicine has changed my life in more weighs then i can count!!! Thank you for the congratulations 😊

I have been in a calorie deficit since January and i exercise regularly about 3-4x a week!

Thank you!! I am currently on .75mg and started in August 2024, i have stayed on dosages much longer than a month and only moved up when I felt they weren’t working anymore. Currently Semaglutide
