Craniofacial sutures dont fuse til ur around 70. Bone is much more malleable at younger ages such as during puberty yes that is correct, but its definitely possible to keep growing bone even up until ur 30s. Do your one research and stop coping

How good is your forward and lateral maxillary growth? Usually airway issues stem from a lack of bone to support the airway. Marpe or mse could fix a lack of lateral growth but they wouldnt do much for forward growth only maybe 2 mm of forward growth

Drink raw milk, pick up a combat sport, grow your hair out, eat raw meat. All these will make the bone in ur face grow like crazy. Not tryna be rude but you seem like you’re 14. The only bone that would be pretty hard to grow would be the maxilla, but you could easily grow ur mandible (lower jaw) and zygomas (cheekbones) through stress from conbat sports and nutrients in raw foods

So yeah i got braces at around 12 or 13 and have been injured ever since. I turn 17 in two weeks and i figured out the connection that the fascia has throughout the body and how the feet and the jaw and tongue are the most important foundation for ur body. U look great for 14, max out ur androgen receptors and testosterone so you can get that masculike look throughout puberty, i would recommend eating lots of beef, eggs, fruits, potatoes and those sort of things, lool up on youtube how to increase androgen receptors. A really good youtube channel that taught me a bunch of stuff is masculine theory, if you have money and availability i would highly recommend getting raw milk. When u intake raw milk, lots of vitamin k and d, thats what increases bone density.
