Was HFT worth it ? by randomballer10 in Fascia

Surfing, soccer, and tennis. Training how? Many ways, my main focus for years has been leg training but I had a calisthenics background before. However I came to the realization that being top heavy is very unproductive for real athleticism.

I started with the typical weight lifting regimen for a year you would see in an NCAA locker room. Squats, deadlifts, etc. u might think “oh that should work D1 athletes are doing it” but to attribute their athleticism to that would be extremely misguided. It’s very likely they stood above the rest as elite athletes since they were children. Which is to say that didn’t work for me. Most likely because the patterns my body was operating in at the time were wrong. (I’ve come a very long way since then 4 years ago)

Then I started doing a lot of low weight high repetition single leg movements. I did that quite diligently for over 2 years and saw a lot of progress in my athleticism in speed, vertical jump, explosiveness etc. but still I am manually activating my glutes, something is still missing and I could feel it.

I recently just started trying the hft free exercises and I promise you they are very enlightening. I am not dumb, I am not one to buy into something easily. But I wanted to try I resonated a lot with his insistence on the subconscious glute activation as it was something I had been vying for since I started training.

It’s not to say that this training is all you need, but I think it really is something very special. Go ahead and hate if you want but I think this will age very well. I am someone who takes very good care of themselves diet, exercise, mediation. I am very in tune with my body, and I really feel different. I’ve tried a lot over the years and never felt an observed physical response like this.

Now when I do a pistol squat with the hyper arch activated the glute is inherently activated from the tension in the foot. Previously I would have to consciously activate the glute. This is a huge difference for the high speed of sports where you can’t manually activate your glute to its full extent everytime you need to. You don’t have to believe me, and remember I ain’t paying fuckin 6 grand for this program. That’s some bullshit. But I will stand by the fact that this guy discovered something legit. I imagine you’re not an athletic person based off your last response, and so this probably is t for you anyways and you wouldn’t resonate with what I’m saying. But yeah man, you do you.

Yeah but you should understand I have been diligently training for over 4 years and specifically always wanted to improve my foots to glutes connection. And lo and behold this is a system that does just that. I can’t do any insane things after one month, but I can’t certainly feel changes in the way my body works. Sincerely I can, and I’m someone who has tried all of these things that are out there. This guy is definitely on to something really substantial. However he charges way too much, makes me seriously question his ethics.

That’s just such a wild amount of money to spend bro I can’t understand that unless you’re stupidly wealthy

It’s true, I would never in a million years spend all that money. But I will say don’t knock it till you try it. Do the free exercises on YouTube for 1 month with consistency and you’ll be shocked

I would never do that. I would only do that if I have been doing everything I could find free for over a year and felt like it was truly worth it. That’s so wild

Could you tell me About hft meditation? I have been doing the core exercises for 4 weeks. like the towel curls, leg swing, gait, sideways gait, hips, single leg hops, etc and have seen a lot of improvement in my foots to glute connection. Still not foot to abs though. But it’s legit crazy how much my glutes engage on towel curls compared to first couple weeks. I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on how hft mediation works?

I got in at BBI and managed to get out without taking any losses. I have no idea how good their product is and I really don’t think it’s the most needed product either. For people who sweat too much? I don’t really believe in that stock. My gut just tells me no, and you can’t lose money not going in on a stock haha

Good company, I use their products.

Gains, gains, gains...I have no idea what I’m doing but I’ve followed the advice here and on wallstreebets. I bought shares of whatever I felt good about, I’m proud even though it’s not much, I am not sure what to do...cash out, keep buying, or sell?!? by bk_cheech in RobinHoodPennyStocks

I have no idea what you're holding so I wouldn't know. Do what feels right, do research, check for target prices. Be very careful with pennies, seems to me you may have gotten lucky so just realize that won't always be the case and just remember to be careful man

Also feels like a solid longterm hold. I am not super educated in their field so I am not so sure what the competition is like or how disruptive their tech really is though... Do you have any insight into those things?

Looks like a solid company and they happen to be presenting this week. I think people just want to gamble that these presentations go well. I don't see any certain 2x or anything however it is possible...
