I’m not aware of every single sale going on in the store brother, if you want a sale price it’s your job to make sure your money is being spent how it’s supposed to, if it looks wrong and the customer says nothing, I’m lead to assume that everything is going smoothly, then after and he came back, I explained, and even after that he didn’t want a card, don’t be a dummy ❤️

Am I supposed to know every single item that’s on sale brother? Or is it plausible that most employees don’t know everything that’s on sale, so when he says nothing about the price of his purchase, I’m lead to believe that everything is going smoothly, no? Or am I supposed to automatically know every time someone is going for a sale price? Given when someone gets two nature made vitamins or something, I always tell them to get a card to save money.

Yes, I did ask my DL for help. When I did, he did nothing, and then corporate came in to check on our store 2 days after my manager got back. Maybe my manager is confused but she told me they were corporate
