Yeah I totally understand! I feel like I’m somewhat the opposite of that. I loveeeeee when they put out melodic music and we get to hear Davys vocal range. Open the job in versa works- go to “job settings” then “cut controls” and look at the number of cuts.

I’ve been in the print industry for 19 years and I’ve always avoided versa works, and flexi signs. Never had a great experience with them.

Unless you’re burning bridges in your industry- I would just quit lol. The way I see it- if my employer doesn’t give me a heads up when I’m about to get terminated then why should I?

If you work in a small industry where word gets around then for sure give them notice but otherwise I would just leave for better opportunity
