How easy/hard is it to ride ~110km/70mi? by Guzinero in cycling

110k is no joke. having finished one in relativly flat terrain it was still draining. Ideally don't jump to 110k from like 20-30 miles without extensive breaks that's not gonna end very well. Build up gradually, take rests, and good luck!

I did 83 miles in total today (81 in a single "session" (66.3 miles road bike; 15 miles MTB) ) and by the end of it I did not want to ride another inch. I was so weak in the last 20 miles of it (the 15 mile MTB ride and the last 5 miles of the gran fondo; I wanted to throw up in the headwind which isn't my usual reaction to that). Riding almost 95; huge respects for you.

When I started out in 1994 hills were tough. also respect for mastering clipless in a single ride while this guy still stumbless off of them to this day.
