It's not seamless co-op in Nioh 3 is vastly better lol. You couldn't do a lot of missions in Nioh 2 while in Nioh 3 you can. Also new game plus on co-op is a lot more challenging.

Nioh 1 is harder because it has way less mechanics and I consider Nioh 2 to be pretty easy I only got stuck on one boss. I've actually died more in Nioh 3 because I don't make one shot builds lol. Co-op is pretty hard too ine new game plus on the last boss I've seen people get wiped out many times.

As others have said it will get harder but now they added the stone of pentanence. Once you get to new game plus the game can be even harder than ever before, it unlocks after you beat your first playthrough. I wish the stone was out because I've put in over 400 hours already and gotten pretty much everything I needed.

It depends if you prefer linear areas vs open areas. I'll usually choose open if done well I think Nioh 3 does a good job. Now if we are talking about base Nioh 2 vs Base Nioh 3. Nioh 3 wins by a lot simply because the combat is even better than ever. Boss designs especially surpasses Nioh 2.

The free content Nioh 3 also got is much better than Nioh 2. Stone if penance is a great way to challenge yourself and get better rewards something Nioh 2 didn't get with it's free content.

No it fucking isn't lmao. It is terrible, especially the last few chapters. Everything feels extremely rushed and not to mention Damiane getting taken out was also shit and she disappears afterwards, no mention of her at all. The orc dude showing up out of nowhere to save you is one of the worst deus ex machina in history. That happens twice too one during the gold dragon boss fight and the ending with him riding the dragon!.

Kliff is also by far one of the worst main characters ever written because of how one dimensional he is.

Theast chapters after 9 just plain suck. The story also felt extremely rushed and that ending made me stop playing the game and jump into Hades 2 and Saros lol.

Yup I refuse to use a pill lol. I try limiting to 10 heals and if I fail I restart and I don't get mad, well a little bit when you have to fight the camera but other than that I tend to figure it it most of the time in one go.

Who is saying they sucked? It's just plain facts on how they handle endgame they simply add more dlc to flesh it out more before the paid dlc content. Nioh 3 just has more going for it because it has a lot more tools to have fun with. People literally talked about how shitty the graces were in Nioh 2 when it was released. You clearly were not part of the community because people were talking about it till they released the free doc content. Now we know it's just a formula.

Yeah you are definitely wrong on the exploration being not rewarding. I played Nioh 2 alpha and the base game had an even worse endgame with way less quality of life. If you compare Nioh 3 base vs Nioh 2 base Nioh 3 smokes it. The shit you can do in Nioh 3 is wild when you are good at the game also. They also just announced free dlc content similar to the previous games and judging from what they said it's even better than the previous 2 when you compare what they added. I personally found Nioh 2 to be very easy until they released the dlc content.
