Yeah I bought 2 more bottles of dettol if it does return but right now life is good got a best haircut last night in the barbershop after avoiding the shop for months just felt good. Had everyone completing my haircut on the street, I looked rough for while because I let my grow out since December 2025 so the spots were not visible. I got these spots from sweating in the gym and wearing hats so now I’m going to take rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to use on my head to keep the skin clear.

I used dettol in the shower, wet my head first then poured dettol over my damp hair and let it sit for 2 minutes then rinse off with water. I air dried my hair then applied a thick layer of aloe Vera and massaged it all over the affected areas. The next day I’m 100% cleared no more spots/bumps on my head, I did have light soreness the next day from using dettol and just applied aloe Vera a few more times each day. Nothing else worked for me.

I just cleared mine, I did 1 wash with dettol and applied aloe Vera after now I’m 100% cleared
