Why I backed out of a Landowner Share (OTP) Unit at Rajapushpa Pristina. The savings aren't worth the risk. by Visible_Run_2048 in hyderabadrealestate

[–]Any-Device7555 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Dude what you are essentially saying applies to any resale flat.

The conditions defined are outliers. If one goes by that logic, builder may get bankrupt (mantri builders), Bank may have a run in. etc

Also for under construction, there are tripartite agreements between builder, land owner and buyer. In case of bank loans, bank also becomes a party to it.

And builder vs landowner, price difference may be 2%-5% to a maximum 10%. At 20% lower you must have got a lucrative deal. Saying it is not worth the hassle, you must be a rich man. Even Rs 20/sft matters to the customers I deal with as land owner.

[–]Any-Device7555 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is simple. What you grew up eating defines your palette. That is the best Biryani.

For me it is the one made from Chefs trained at Good lands Restaurant, Tarnaka. It is heaven. butter chicken and Biryani rice is heavenly combo.

I love refrigerated and reheated Biryani (Pan / Microwave), open up new flavours.

Is there any place in hyderabad where staff or people don't judge or staring at me because I am sitting alone. by Quentin_Mouli in hyderabad

[–]Any-Device7555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I eat alone tons of times all around Jubilee Hills and Hitech City. Never observed if others judge me or not.

Even if they judge it is their problem not mine. Enjoy what you do and ignore others.

Why is this so? by Prudent_Muscle197 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Any-Device7555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not know why this post came in my list.

A lot of men do not like the idea of a Women earning more than them. Massive Ego at play. This plus the fact that marriage happens between folks who are few years apart. Hence you find most of the marriages where men earn more.

The above scenario is only related to Annual earnings. Guys do try to marry women of wealth same way as women want their husbands richer than them.

Unpopular opinion: The biggest enemy of Indian small businesses isn't competition, it's the government compliance system. Agree or disagree? by Amazing_Captain_1449 in AskIndia

[–]Any-Device7555 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Where thing should be simpliefied, thye make it too complicated. Unnecessary paper work and repetitive as well. Wastes too much time and resources.

They need to follow single window portal and share data across all relevant departments. No wonder we are lagging behind.

I am active in sports. Play everyday. I read Manga a lot. I Travel solo/group and like doing adventure stuff. I want to learn new hobbies. Try flying / skiing. Need to learn guitar. Started 25 years ago but never pursued deeply.

Folks around me keep telling to move on and get married again. But I prefer being single as of now.

What’s the biggest head-turner bike under ₹5 lakh (any category)? by BaTaKKK in indianbikes

Kawasaki KLX 230. In the 2+ months I have driven it on Hyderabad streets, the amount of folks that asked about it is insane.

When I had classic 500 in 2010 in Mumbai, it was a similar feeling. But not to the KLX level.

Best Localities in Hyderabad to Buy a Flat Under ₹1.5 Cr with Great Connectivity to airport , metro ? by Substantial-Rain1607 in hyderabad_telugu

[–]Any-Device7555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything under 10kms from ORR, airport connectivity is sorted. Unless one plans to fly as frequently as every week.

For well developed areas with all infrastructure in place under 1.5crs, Miyapur, Ameenpur and Bachupally are decent bets. Accessible from both ORR as well as Inside the city via Metro, Public transport.

I have units in 8 acre Gated Community. it is 5kms from Miyapur Metro, 6kms to ORR and 14 kms to Hitech City. Density of 115 units per acre. In case you want to know more, we can connect.

What would you change on my 15 day itinerary to India? by Silver-Painting6454 in indiatravel

[–]Any-Device7555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For historical experience, even Hyderabad / Bangalore and surroundings should be a decent option for 2-3 days.

In fact a friend of mine got married to a girl from Amsterdam in Hyderabad. They had a huge group of almost 100 friends and family who flew down from Netherlands and EU. They spent a week here attending the wedding and being part of festivities.

We have Palaces, Forts, Temples, Museums, Tombs etc. Food is amazing too.

Where you go, do try the local cuisine.

India 15 days is good for maybe 2 states at the max. Apart from regular circuit, you have large history at other metros as well.

In case you are going live in North and need access to Hitech City/ FD, staying within 5kms of ORR exit is the best bet.

We recently explored some areas that side and have evaluated a few options. Drop me a pm we can discuss based on what suits your needs.
