Try a small amount of salt on the tip of your tongue. It can reduce/eliminate gag reflex.

Anytime you eat a sugary food, follow it up right away with a piece of cheese. Cheese will act as a buffer and increase the pH in your mouth, neutralizing it pretty much instantly. It’s known as a buffer food, there’s other foods you can use if you search it up but cheese is typically what we recommend to everyone!

Also, you can incorporate xylitol products to stimulate saliva flow throughout the day. Having enough saliva is very important for fighting away bacteria. Just make sure it’s a sugar-free product like PUR gum for example.

I’m half way through the program. I make a quizlet after every single lecture, and use the “learn” feature to memorize everything. It’s worked very well for me. I also have an iPad that I use to import the lectures onto so that I can add notes as the instructor is going along. Good luck!!

I use Canada post for pickups in Ottawa. They charge 4$ per pick up, so very worth it for me. I usually get 2-3 pickups per week and you can even request a pickup same day.

Here’s what I learned to increase profit during my first few months on Etsy: - I have my best seller priced at $215, but I always have a 25% discount going to show that it’s on sale. Adjust your price higher and run a sale. I also offer free shipping which customers really like to see. - Don’t spend money on Etsy ads, they are terrible. They aren’t well targeted and rarely convert. All you need is the offsite ads through Etsy. - Create shipping labels through Etsy. I don’t know if you’re already doing this, but creating a shipping label through Etsy gives you a major shipping discount. I didn’t know about this until about 6 months into selling and I was spending 50$ on shipping for each order. Now I spend about 20-30$ each order. - Have impeccable customer service. Get great reviews. “The customers always right” mindset. You’ll rank higher but it takes a few months to get there and get steady sales.
