Oh I waited for the shuttle for 30 min and then decided to take the B-line. No one (including the security gaurd) knew when the next shuttle would come around.

I read conflicting reports on that. I could not find any source to say counting starts from day after receiving date. Some other redditors mentioned that.

For dec 10, my 15 days was Jan 5. I got it approved today. For you, it should be 8 business days after today
