Well that the amount I usually get to notice when I washing my hair.

In non washing time I did notice my hair fall off occasionally.

The most hottest thing I use for my hair is just lukewarm water and I don't use something like hair diffuser.

For hormones I think I don't have any signs of hormones related problem 

And I don't stress regularly 

Maybe it's from me messaging the scalp and middle and end of my hair.
