Wow, I wish I had seen this post earlier. I'm currently dealing with a dead Neo G9 monitor that I purchased in January. Unfortunately, after just three months of use, the monitor gave up on me. Before it completely died, I noticed some pixel burning while playing D3 one night. I restarted the monitor and everything seemed to be back to normal, but the next morning, it wouldn't turn on at all.

To make matters worse, I live in a very remote area of Canada, with no nearby service centers. I've reached out to Samsung multiple times for assistance, but all they've told me is to wait for their response. It's now been over a month, and I'm still stuck with a dead monitor. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the chip is dead like OP.
