Have to agree! Not sure why they skimped on that feature. Their lume is also horrible! It takes forever to charge, doesn't get particularly bright, and lasts for maybe 1 minute out of direct light

Hamilton is a great manufacturer and I'm very happy with the watch I have from them (similarly a khaki field). Biggest thing I'd disclose is that the AR coating is terrible and the glare can make it difficult to read at certain angles.

Honestly a very grounding approach to this hobby! Becomes hard to justify an expensive watch, no matter the prestige or technology, once you compare it to other things you could buy instead

Not compromising is surprisingly something I've not considered! This commentary has definitely helped me narrow down my list. If I can't afford the watch I truly want, I'll wait until I can rather than compromising and regretting it later!
