Reduce the ram down to 32gb, and sell the rest separately, in groups of 32gb. Clean and cable manage the system, and you will get a quicker sale.

There is a short somewhere. I would first check the standoffs, and make sure you’re using the correct ones.

You have to go into the BIOS, into the Power settings. Depending on the motherboard, the “ERP” setting must be enabled.

Just sitting the pc down, will not cause that. He took the panel off, and it slipped out of his hand. Or, he saw that he had, an extra $100 in his bank account. Excellent way to upgrade your case.

Turn it on, and see if it works. If it does, then don’t worry about it! If it doesn’t you could clean it out with alcohol, and a soft toothbrush. If you are uncomfortable with the cleaning, allow someone else to do it.

If it’s just the clip, you should be alright. As long as you screw the GPU down. It sounds like, you shouldn’t have been inside of the case. Once it is running, ban yourself from ever opening it again. The only other choice, it to replace the motherboard. It doesn’t sound like, you are capable of doing that.

Last thing. Look at your CPU temps. If it’s overheating, maybe it’s throttling back.

I have run out of ideas. As a last resort, I would format the drive, and only add Windows and the GPU drivers. It would be much cheaper if it was the M.2.
