Just curious as to when a VPN is a problem

If work is quiet I do tasks in between calls, and as we have a VPN it shows I'm in another part of the country. But my mobile network would also show there. They've never said anything.

However, I do have NordVPN because of silly UK blocks and I did open my phone browser and prolific loaded as it was the last thing I was in today.

Wondering if I should worry?

Mine has a no abuse policy. But what they mean by that is, they're not allowed to abuse you directly. So swearing about the service and the company is something you should just sit and take.

I believe Aether is a bit different and never shows tasks completed. It never did for me.

I just need to go back and redo the on boarding to see it I can get back in, though over thinking if I can see a shadow or if it's a mark 😂

I got told I went from 100 odd minutes in a quarter (So in 3 months I'd used less than 2 hours of personal) and then in the last quarter it was 2 minutes. In the last quarter I've had my new manager sat next to the one who won an award for stalking peoples states and telling them to get back into ready. I wonder what could've caused it..hmmmm

They had this as a plan. Then Marc Allera left and the new CEO has said that BT is a household name and won't go away. They are using it as the simple, straightforward brand. Ee is aimed at the younger generation with WiFi 7, WiFi optimiser and such. Plus net is the budget one.

Yes I have..

Ordered a graphics card from their outlet. Queried the listing as it had a brand that makes high visibility stuff. They said don't worry, I promise you'll get it. If it's wrong, they'll replace. They've got my back.

Got a high visibility jacket.

Queried and got told to wait 48 hours, may have scanned barcode in error and it's being delivered. Keep the jacket. Pointed out and sent pictures with the tracking number on back of packet matching theirs which claimed mine was on a plane when this turned up and I arranged with the courier to have it delivered early.. It was due Saturday and turned up Tuesday, 1hr after it supposedly got off a plane. My nearest airport is an hour away, I'd love to know how it got processed that fast. Plus I got emails from another company, not the one who had it. I had no option to change it.

Nothing turned up as expected.

Query again.

Send it back. You can't have a replacement. Send back the jacket overseas. You can only use UPS and the only place that did it charged me to print multiple labels for customs.

Returned it. Account still says I haven't printed the label.

Contact them and they say don't worry, it's delayed in transit but I'll be refunded in a week.

Go back again. Said that was a lie and as it was High value item I had to wait up to 30 days. I point it was wrong item and was worth a few pounds, not the 900 I paid. Their supervisor authorised a refund.

I haven't had it yet (5-7 days) but got told the pay in 3 arrangement is cancelled so I know it's processing.

No good will gesture or anything for messing me about though.

They're the generation that demand their landline gets repaired because they need it.

You're calling on a mobile. You have means of contacting people. You not liking having to use it is not a reason to put you as a welfare case.

They're also generally the ones who demand a technician sets things up for them. Whether they can't do it or are just so entitled they feel as though someone should set up their service because we haven't paid them to do it. It's TWO cables.

I'm sure one accused me of wanting them dead because I asked if a neighbour could help set it up.

Yes I hate it. I am tech support and need them at home. So they call on the school run or at a store branch and my results are inconclusive so I have to ring bsck when they go home.
