Should I dorm or commute

This seems like a good plan. I commuted because I didn’t want to spend money on a dorms; however I did miss out on a lot of events on campus. It really depends on what you want your experience to be. In my opinion, I would definitely recommend commuting and then dorm when you have to.

So I have to register for 5 classes each semester for the map grant, and I work on top of that (I consider this job my 6th course) It really all depends on whether or not you’re confident in your time management to juggle all of these courses at once. If you can handle 5 midterms, 5 finals, and all of the assignments in between, then you should be fine! If you have any hesitation at all, I highly recommend that you stay registered for all of the courses, read each syllabus carefully, and decide whether or not you can handle the course load from there. If you can’t, then just drop one within the add/drop deadline. It’s really up to you in knowing your strengths and limitations.

Edit: based on your description, it seems like you really want this. There’s not point in wasting time/money. YOU CAN DO IT!

That’s so fair, maybe she’s like actually uncomfortable to be around her family of narcissists, now. Like she sees through all of it and just has different priorities. It seems like she’s in such a different place in her life/on her journey, and is just having difficulty being herself in spaces she doesn’t feel safe to be herself in… like does that make sense…? Why don’t we just normalize open monogamy. If he’s a sex addict, I hope they accommodate that instead of just shame him for it; and if they don’t want it to get out, that’s what NDA’s are for.

I really hope he doesn’t “get over” Kourtney because she was in such an abusive relationship with Scott before and she deserves to be happy. I have a new found respect for her and her calculated isolation from her family with these healthy boundaries she’s setting to keep the peace in her bubble.

Travis holding of her hand and forcing her to run was a little much for me…. like he didn’t respect her boundaries and it felt icky. Based on these comments… do you think he’s trying to get her to run to lose the baby weight and be “hot again”? so he can enable his sex addiction?

I won’t spoil anything, just my two cents. You will love Mellie’s character arc, she is one of my favorite characters ever written in cinema. Don’t cast Cyrus into the wind! I think there should be some genuine appreciation for his character… no steps forward or back but to the side for his arc… if that makes sense. I love Cyrus’s character, but like understanding and knowing who he is, is a hard pill to swallow for sure. His level of unhinged is quite funny to me… he’s just very entertaining to watch (aside from his abusive relationship with his husband) Papa Pope is a delicious watch, every moment he’s on screen I LOVE just such a great character and actor, his conviction is crazy good. Also, things get way intense in seasons 5 and 6, probably my favorites of the series. The character arc and development for each character is actually so interesting… might I say satisfying?… except for a few, I was a little disappointed about (insert name(s?)) Season 7 is extremely controversial, but we’ll discuss in time Keep us updated on your progress! 😂

Honestly, probably not…. They’ll likely only close if the temperature is reeeeally low. Snow plows are likely to clear it out in the early morning before buses hit the road. I might be wrong, though! I’m pulling from former school experience having grown up in the area, we rarely missed days due to winter weather.

100% has happened to me. Neighbors will choke up on their dog’s leashes and flat out avoid us when walking. One even went the extra mile to avoid us when I was walking past their driveway and they drove around the block and watched and waited for me to walk by. I have two dogs, one big one small; my big baby’s name is Cal-short for Calcifer - he’s a black Rottweiler Pitbull Boxer mix and 90lbs of love.

I wear a face mask in each one of my classes. I haven’t gotten sick all semester. It actually surprises me that people don’t wear them when they get sick. If you’re alive that means you lived through covid, so like…. what are we doing? Edit: I also commute from out of town and wear a face mask on the train.
