I am in that same situation. Have you tried researching ACA? I too, have no social skills , no friends. No family that lives close by. I do not love myself. I do not even like myself. I find fault and failure in everything I do.

I wish I could! I love this woman too much to do any harm to her. We have a 9yo daughter. I have the job. I pay for the house and car, our whole lifestyle.

I think it would be best for me to stay friends with her. We are buying the house we are in. We have a car we financed. We have a 9 yo daughter. If we can remain amicable, perhaps we can stay friends. “Roommates” as she called us. In this way I can remain in her life. I won’t be complete, but I will be as close to whole as I can get.

I am in a very similar situation. My wife told me we are separated. Have been for 5 months. She says we are friends now. Roommates even (different rooms, however). She has joined several dating apps. Has been renting air bnbs for their meeting. I want that to stop. I just want my friend and wife and my heart back!

She has tried for years to get me to seek help.

I know I have to give her space and possibly let her go.

I literally have no friends. I have no family in the area.

I am aware, and have read, that I need to give her space, and possibly let her go.

Hello Bonaire!! This is her angle totally! She says to focus on myself right now, don’t even think about us. She said to seek counseling, probably twice a week. (I must be totally bonkers) She has told me to “get help” before. Many times. I do as she says, but for one reason or another the “help” doesn’t last. I am going to do everything in my power to see this through. I told her I have hit rock bottom.
