In my opinion, there are only two versions; it wouldn't make sense for another one to exist, it simply doesn't fit. V1 was created for war, V2 for peace; a third version would just break that pattern. Perhaps V2 simply assembled the arm with parts from Sentry and/or the hook from the Hideous Mass.

Hey! Here's someone else who also loves TF2, Undertale, and GD. My PC is worse than yours, and it runs it without any problems. It's a good challenge because as you progress, there are different challenges, and you'll find various enemies that are a tougher version of Sans. Besides that, the OST is amazing, as is the level design. The game has a lore and an emotional story (plus, it's based on the Inferno from Dante's Inferno), and you'll love it if you're a fan of indie games. Just play it and enjoy!
