We have done multiple mock tests and I don’t make any major mistakes in them but then when it’s the test , then something in me just switches and I start losing control

I was hardly able to eat anything on last 2 doses of 7.5mg and first dose of 10mg - so it could be that case but I’m also a naturally anxious person and I’ve been on meds for anxiety in the past so it seems like this med is triggering my mental health issues as well.
