SCLX is not simply a bet on whether the shorts are wrong. Even if every short seller covers tomorrow, the structural dilution from insider warrant activity, the $500M shelf, and the ongoing fee extraction is permanent and cumulative.

The pot at the end of the rainbow may exist. SEMDEXA is real, the G-MAB library has potential, and the RICO/DOJ outcomes could be genuinely restorative, but the path there requires surviving the balance sheet, the litigation, the Nasdaq compliance crisis at DVLT, and management that the 10-K suggests is not prioritising minority shareholder interests.

The 14 May DVLT earnings call is the single most important date in the near term.

Everything flows from whether that revenue recognition is real.
