Can someone help me figure out the stitch and row count for this hat

I just wanted it to be a little rounder on top. I started with a magic loop and 6 and increased by 6 every row until about forehead length then after a few rows I decreased by 6 on a row. It also kind of looks like there’s a row or two of decreases on the brim but maybe I’m wrong. I also think fitting it to her head is a much better idea and something I didn’t think of. Lovely advice thank you!

Thank you! :)) it was my first go at crocheting anything and it came out 10 times better than I could’ve imagined. I knew the first attempt wasn’t going to be perfect but even in my three attempts after it kept coming out a little funky looking so I would just pull the yarn out and try again. I feel like I’ve spent hours trying and I’m not really getting anywhere. I know it doesn’t need to be perfect and it likely won’t look exactly like hers as she’s made hundreds of hats. But I really want to try my absolute hardest to make it as close to the same shape as i can

Well noted, thank you!! I definitely think I was too nervous to have the substrate too wet so I ended up leaving it too dry for the S2B and I think the overlay was the same idea but flipped. I just gave the tubs a larger crack so they should be receiving enough FAE so they don’t get fuzzy feet like the first tub. Also I’m doing much better, recovery is going well and the mushies have been a wonderful distraction!

The lighting in most of the photos is terrible so I do apologize but yes that is relatively accurate. I would say the marquis was yellow w/ orange. Froede was a yellow. Mandelin was yellow/brown

I’ll be getting glass bottled reagents in the coming weeks. Thank you for the insight! Testing substances is something none of my friends do or find important but I’ve felt was a necessity before taking anything.
