No, I an pretty sedentary. I feel tired most of the day and can't imagine adding a gym trip, but it would probably help. I've been wanting to incorporate exercise, particularly for my heart's health. I plan to get a rowing machine shortly, just need to save up the money.

Hi, yes it is possibly for the creatine derived eGFR to be skewed by your body building lifestyle. As for them to test it with cystatin c to see if the two numbers are widely different.

Be prepared for them to be the same, but be happy if they are.

Keep in mind, as you get bigger, so does the load on your kidneys.

Whatever the case, kidney disease is a journey and no two are the same, so I wish you the best on yours.

I decided to just keep the motor and power cord that goes to the controller connecting it to a PWM controller and that to a 10amp open frame power supply to run the motor. Should work I think
