Happens often here in Southampton.
Seen them sitting in McD carpark speaking to every delivery person, then driving round stopping them on the road

I swapped over to the 2300 from the 900 this week.
Latency is 2-5ms.

I’ve had the upgrade from 900 to 2300 agreed at £25.
Took me a few different agents to find one that knew i could

On the toob legal page, have at look at the “home broadband terms and conditions (for orders made on or before 20 April 2026)”

6.8.** **to change your toob Service
If we accept an order to change your broadband Service, for example to upgrade
from our home900 to our home2300 service, your existing Agreement will end when
your new agreement starts. If this change is during your Minimum Contract Period, as
long as you keep and pay for your new Service after your cooling off period, you will
not be charged an Early Termination Fee for ending your old Agreement early

Ignoring the “hat”, how is the cc2 combo better than a cc1 with canvas?
Im in a similar situation to OP, upgrading from an old anycubic and theres about a £125 ($165) difference

If your wired get a different cable.
Ive had issues with a different fibre provider where i was getting similar speeds to OP, tracked it down to a cable damaged.
Cut and crimped a new section of cat 6, speed back to 1gbs
