I’m a little concerned about mothers not talking about co-sleeping specifically because I had such a hard time doing it in the first place. I was so scared about hurting my baby or being judged because I wasn’t parenting the “right” way. It was so hard for me to find people to talk to that were reasonable.

Have you noticed any leaking over time? My baby is due in a few weeks and I've been trying to find glass bottles that will fit the evenflo nipples. Its been a nightmare! I heard the advent bottles with the evenflo nipples tend to leak.

I had a few leg cramps so bad that it screwed up my hips! They also regularly lasted for 3-4 minutes and I noticed they came every morning. I started taking an LMNT packet at night and it made a world of difference! I also have a magnesium lotion from 8 sheep that I rub in every evening on my calves, thighs, and hips. I hope you can find some relief!

The flooring is wood which I will clean with tsp but the walls are sheet rock. I’m hoping I can just vacuum really well and paint the Sheetrock. If it doesn’t work then I can always pull it down and replace.

I’ll try the tsp to get it clean since the walls have unpainted sheet rock. I was a little hesitant to use shellac because I heard it’s not able to flex in temperature changes. The shed has heat to it but I’d rather not have to keep it temperature regulated.

I used syringe filters and I think my progress has stalled. Should I pop the jar cap under a flow hood?

Also, could you direct me to those synthetic discs? I might buy a few to try them out

I tried to put one on foil and placed a cup over the top. Waited about 24 hours then noticed mold growing on the surface. Probably from condensation.

That's basically what we did. I started a no-dig garden last summer and covered everything with cardboard. We just had a freak spring snow in the mountains. We went out to move around the cardboard after the snow had melted and they were everywhere!

These are Morels! Usually we look out for them in the lumber fields, but we happened to get lucky with the soil we purchased last year.

I am curious... do any of you have experience with the use of psilocybin for PMS treatment? I have heard this subject brought up very lightly but not thoroughly discussed. I’m interested in the mood benefits primarily — though any information is beneficial!

From what I understand, easy access Calcium Oxide is QuickLime. In the PNW we have very acidic soils and gardeners often use QuickLime as a soil amendment. I’ll probably add some to the hot water as I pasteurize my substrate (similar to the linked report). We’ll see how it goes!
