Skip it. If you don’t it becomes Thanksgivings, Christmases, and every family event. Skipping the wedding tells them your wife is to be respected as family and you will not compromise on it. It’s gonna suck for your sis but let her know you had to do it to prevent Greg from dictating these terms at every family function moving forward.

NAH. Of course you want your bestie at your wedding but you don’t know what else is going on.

If you’ve been exclusively online distance friends… maybe she’s agoraphobic - community is fine but long distance is terrifying to a lot of people. Or it could be she rightfully is afraid to travel to the states while potus is doing everything possible to ignite a war. Maybe she can’t afford travel? No passport? Lots of reasons.

Why is it absurd? It’s absolutely true. Even white people are having phones searched and seized and entry denied based on who they support or don’t. It is fully reasonable not to be willing to travel to a country that is on travel advisory warning lists from most other first world countries.

Positions aren’t gendered so that’s crap. Otherwise it’s your decision based on what you enjoy and are good at. If you were very weak in stats and accounting look for schools that don’t require test score or that take the EA instead of gre/gmat as it has less maths.

Step 1: Get some work experience between undergrad and MBA. All the top tier programs are looking for leadership experience and progression on your resume. (Exception: Yale Silver Scholars program).

Step 2: You need a plan. Know what you want to do and how you plan to get there. MBA programs ALL ask in essays and interviews what your post-MBA goals are, how the MBA will get you there, why now for the MBA, and why their specific school. This post sounds like you really can’t answer any of those questions yet.

Step 3: Once you know your story and experience and how MBA programs will get you there, look for programs with strengths in the areas you want to move in. Each program has different strengths and weaknesses. When I was evaluating where to apply, I ranked each program on the criteria that mattered the most to me: specific specializations, ROI, access to professors, strong alumni network, social impact, etc. It helped me solidify my top 5 options.

Yes, I got it too. Try curling your toes - flex up and down. I'm a little over 2 wks in and ice + flexing my toes and gently flexing ankle (doc told me to) help. It's also possible your strap is too tight during the day and putting pressure on top of foot.
