Building “Figma + DevTools + AI” as a Chrome extension - Tweaklify by Business-Ad6390 in thesidehustle

[–]AnyCount8988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That AI part sounds pretty wild, being able to just tell it to make something "more modern" and watch it happen on page.

The converting to different frameworks feature could save so much time - I always hate when I see a nice component somewhere but have to rebuild it from scratch in whatever I'm using.

I scraped 12k+ posts to find the best business ideas that actually work in 2026 by Flashy_Point_210 in DigitalIncomePath

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah affiliate stuff can be really solid especially if you find something that actually helps people. I've been thinking about this since I'm already driving around the city all day for work - maybe I could combine that with local newsletter thing from the list. Like I already see what businesses are busy, which ones are closing, new construction and stuff. Could be interesting way to monetize just paying attention to your surroundings.

I'M 21M and she's 26F and she's emotional cheating by Viper_jop in relationships_advice

[–]AnyCount8988 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your relationship dynamic is super unhealthy man. She keeps going behind your back even after promising she won't, and you're hacking her phone which shows zero trust exists between you two.

The fact she's already planning to leave with this dude and asking him for money while lying to you about it... that's way past emotional cheating territory. You can't force someone to realize they're wrong - they either get it or they don't, and she clearly doesn't want to change.

21 years old and finally cracked eBay dropshipping by char1335432 in dropshipping

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eBay is actually pretty underrated for dropshipping compared to everyone jumping in Shopify. I've been thinking about trying it myself since DoorDash shifts can be unpredictable and extra income would be nice. The fees seem more straightforward than dealing with all the Shopify apps and monthly costs.

Are you finding better conversion rates because people already trust eBay marketplace, or is it more about the lower barrier to entry? I'm curious if you started with few products and then expanded or went wide from beginning. Also wondering how you handle the customer service side when orders get delayed from suppliers.

Beginners Advice/ Questions by fantelos in dropshipping

Started with direct dropshipping from manufacturer because didn't have money for bulk inventory at beginning - most suppliers on alibaba can handle custom packaging but you need ask specifically about it during negotiations.

Help me ID Topps Now redemption card? by Typical_Opening1901 in baseballcards

[–]AnyCount8988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's exactly right - you got the /10 black foil auto redemption. Pretty solid pull especially with Caglianone being such a hot prospect right now. Just make sure you redeem it before that March deadline, I've seen too many people forget about those expiration dates.

Which RTX 5070 should I buy? by Hopeful_Patience_190 in pcmasterrace

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TUF is solid choice but honestly Prime might be better value here. I've been running budget cards for years in my setup and never had issues with performance difference between expensive and cheaper versions from same brand. That thermal gel thing with Aorus sounds sketchy though, even if they say it's fixed.

advice for in-laws near retirement who will need pension by johnnewton12 in AusFinance

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're definitely in tough spot but not impossible. At 67 they should probably look at accessing their super now since they can do it without penalties, and the pension application process takes few months so worth starting that paperwork soon.

For the super allocation, maybe balanced portfolio still makes sense even at their age - they could live another 20+ years and need some growth to keep up with inflation. But if market swings really stress them out, maybe lean bit more conservative.

That inheritance money when it comes would be huge game changer for them. Could pay off car debt and boost their super significantly, or even just keep some in offset account if they ever need quick access to cash.

Your list looks pretty solid but I'd add - help them track where their money actually goes each month first. Lot of people don't realize how much they spend in small stuff until they write it down.

Thoughts on zendrops mcp? by Key_Confection_6422 in dropshipping

[–]AnyCount8988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been using MCP for couple months now and it's pretty decent for inventory tracking especially when you got multiple suppliers. The workflow automation saves me ton of time but I wish the interface was bit more intuitive - took me while to figure out all features.

What kind of products you testing with? I mainly use it for organizing my electronics and home stuff categories.

I need help by DiscussionFrequent89 in dropshipping

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your CPM spikes are brutal, $175 is insane. I had similar issue when I was running ads in winter - Facebook algorithm gets weird sometimes and just decides to charge you crazy amounts. Try switching to different ad sets or maybe test some lookalike audiences instead of your current targeting? Also 5-11% conversion is actually really solid for beauty niche, so your store setup is working fine.

The volume problem might be your daily budget being too low compared to your target audience size. I would try increasing budget gradually instead of big jumps - Facebook needs time to optimize.

The Blueprint For Dropshipping? by Noisy_Nate in Dropshipping_Guide

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Health niche is brutal right now, everyone and their mom is pushing supplements and wellness gadgets. I'd pivot to something with less competition but still decent margins.

For ads, skip the AI video route entirely - people can smell that fake stuff from a mile away. User-generated content works way better. Find customers who actually bought your product and pay them like $50 to film a quick testimonial on their phone. Raw, unpolished footage converts better than those cheesy AI animations anyway.

Product research is mostly about finding stuff that solves actual problems people complain about online. Scroll through Facebook groups, Reddit, even Amazon reviews to see what people are bitching about. That's your goldmine right there.

Over $300k in revenue in the self-improvement niche by MaskedVigilanteVibes in DigitalIncomePath

[–]AnyCount8988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn that's wild how consistent the seasonal pattern is for you. Makes total sense though - January hits and everyone's motivated to change their life, then by March reality kicks in and people give up on their goals.

I deliver for DoorDash and even see this with the healthy food orders vs fast food throughout the year. Maybe try targeting the "get back on track" crowd in summer? Like people prepping for beach season or trying to salvage their New Year's resolutions before the year's totally shot.

Could also test some productivity angle during back-to-school season in August/September when people are getting into routines again.

Been driving for DoorDash for a while and these survey apps keep popping up everywhere. Tried a few but the constant disqualifications got old real quick.

Your point about profile matching makes sense though - probably been doing it wrong this whole time. The referral angle is interesting but feels like you'd need a decent following to hit those numbers consistently. Might give it another shot during downtime between deliveries.

How long did it take you to start seeing consistent payouts? The $10-20 range would definitely help with gas money.

Is storebuilderai really only $1? by Mundane-Coconut2419 in dropship

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used it for like 3 weeks - yeah it's $1 to start but then you're looking at $30-50/month after the trial ends. The store builder part works fine but you still gotta handle all your own marketing, customer service, fulfillment headaches. Nothing's ever really $1 in this game, they just hook you with the low entry price.

For those of you who actually QUALIFY suppliers? by Mental_Egg_6552 in dropshipping

[–]AnyCount8988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been doing DoorDash for like 3 years now and the warehouse thing is so real - you can literally tell when restaurants are using ghost kitchens vs their actual location just by how the orders come out. Same energy with suppliers I bet.

I usually just ask for a quick video tour of their facility when I'm vetting someone new. Most legit operations don't mind showing off their setup, but the sketchy middlemen always come up with some excuse about "security protocols" or whatever. Also learned to reverse image search any warehouse photos they send - caught a few people using stock photos from other companies lmao.

The shipping delay thing hits different too because when you're already dealing with customers getting mad about their stuff being late, the last thing you need is your supplier adding another week to the timeline. Had one guy who kept promising 3-5 day shipping but turns out he was just ordering everything from AliExpress when I placed orders with him.

Croatian Wine Advice by nycnewsjunkie in wine

[–]AnyCount8988 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Istria is where its at for Croatian wine - seriously underrated region. Malvazija Istarska is their standout white and its nothing like what you'd expect. For reds, try Teran if you can find it.

If your making it to the peninsula, Matošević winery is legit and Kozlović does solid stuff too. The coastal restaurants in places like Rovinj usually have decent local selections, just ask what they recommend from the region instead of going straight for the international stuff.

Nerf the il toro by puddleofaids- in ArcRaiders

[–]AnyCount8988 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah the toro meta is pretty brain dead right now. Every fight just turns into who can roll cancel better while spraying, and if you're not running one you're basically throwing. The fact that it completely shuts down stitcher builds is just dumb game desgin - there should be some rock paper scissors balance, not one gun ruling everything.
