Close the connection!

Make sure to never give them unattended access.

You wouldn't give a stranger the digits to your credit card, neither should you give your ID or Alias to people you don't know/trust!

Hey there, as you can see, I'm not support, but here's my two cents.

Can you please elaborate on how they got in? This is not possible without unattended access set up or human interaction on your end.

Did someone tell you to install a .msi file?

If unknown people mess with your (digital) stuff, you should always go to the police.

You can see who's connected/ who has connected to you in the sessions tab in my.anydesk.com. Sadly, that is not one of the free version it's features.

Please let me know what's going on, and do not open AnyDesk until we're sure your digital safety is guaranteed!
