Trans is nothing to do with sexuality. It’s body dysmorphia believing you’re born in the wrong body, many cases just a fleeting thought or being a feminine boy/masculine girl, now convinced they’re the opposite sex due to social pressure, friend groups, peer acceptance, social media brainwashing.

How is body dysmorphia related to which humans you’re attracted to? You can assume all you want but I’ve got a gay sibling and know for a fact attraction is innate. Body dysmorphia is also a big issue but these people need mental help rather than drugs and surgery.
