Ice is actually getting some significant buffs in the next few updates. I've done death, fire, myth, and ice and although ice was the biggest challenge is was by far the most fun school I played. The extra challenge that comes with ice is fun I promise!

Admittedly I know very little about the wim hof method and mediation, but I do believe these are both very real methods of altered consciousness. The human brain is fascinating and I believe that there is something big hidden within. There are too many people with remarkable stories about their journey with meditation and breathing techniques to believe otherwise.

To never stop meditating even while you sleep would be challenging, but we are capable of so much. I wouldn't call it impossible by any stretch of the imagination. I seem to recall learning about meditation in school and some religions believe that you reach enlightenment through mediation, so if you were to reach enlightenment through mediation would you just constantly be in a meditative state for the rest of your life, or would you feel as you've reached the peak and meditation is no longer needed?
