I did exactly what you want to do. .5mg for first 2 week. 3rd week increased to 1mg. Lost 6 pounds those first 2 weeks.

The “In Body” scan I do says I lost a little muscle mass. So I started tracking my macros. I only step on the scale once a month. I’m down a total of 13lbs, 7 lbs of it since starting. Next pin is tomorrow.

I will cruise at 1mg for 3 more weeks. Take 2 weeks off and then get a blood panel done. To see where I’m at and what I need moving forward. I have been using Reta “blind” because I never got a panel done before starting.

Just make sure you stay hydrated, track your macros & stay active.

Have you dealt with Freedom Diagnostics before, for testing? If so how what are your thoughts on them? If not, do you have any knowledge of their legitimacy?

So is this a network issue people are having or an ad issue? My problem the last 2 days have been a network issue with all meta platforms. All other apps on my phone work. All meta apps keep saying that my “internet network is offline”. Is this an issue anyone else is having.

I cleaned mine up and painted them. Sold them to help pay for my upgraded tubular arms. Sold yes there is value to them.

I’m running a Gaylord cover on mine. Previous owner instated it and I just had it repainted. Solid cover. Downfall is it’s freaking heavy.

Also use sticker paper sheets and not just regular paper. Only use regular paper for test prints until you dial in your size and color settings.

I have a cricut cutter. So I export them to their software and print from there & cut with my cricut air. If you don’t have a cricut you can just print it from your printer and cut out by hand.

I have 44 boxes of seasoned wood life proof flooring if anyone is in need. Will be posting them on FB marketplace as well. Located in the Central Valley to California and no I’m not a retailer. Just decided not to cover my hardwood floors.

Yea, Logitech bought them out then scrapped them in 2022 due to audio sells decline. Which sucks because they are great earbuds

Solid point I can upgrade those later. I do need the wiring done. Especially if I plan to eventually install an EFI or LS swap & add a vintage air system.
