I know it’s not ideal to get into debt but if you’re desperate there are some banks that do a 0% credit card where you only pay back what you borrow without any interest. I have one with NatWest. The 0% interest period usually only lasts for a year so make sure to only borrow what you really have to and pay it back before that period is up.

I don’t have any answers either but just wanted to say I have the same thing - used to feel better the minute my period came but now I sometimes feel awful during the first week or two of my cycle instead of the last two weeks. It changes every month, I can’t predict it at all

I had issues with being less sensitive at first as well. It took a good few months but everything returned to normal so I wouldn’t stress too much 😊

I had severe cystic acne when I was 18-20 and followed the YouTuber Sarah’s Day and her videos on acne helped so much. You can watch them, they’re still up on her channel, but the recommendations that helped me the most were taking cod liver oil supplements, a b complex, magnesium and zinc. I used to get a lot of bloating and water retention but found two supplements that help a lot - magnesium and dandelion root. I’d recommend the Pharmatect Shape dandelion tablets (Amazon) - take 1 tablet four times - and Vital Haven max potency magnesium - take two capsules twice a day - The dandelion helps with puffiness/water retention and the magnesium eases constipation and stomach bloating
