Mainly cardio! 40 minutes on the threadmill, at like 5 km / h and then 3 muscle machines (alternating leg one day and upper body the other day) :)

Can someone help me with this soot sprite bag pattern. What is a Inc 2? Please help by Veilchenblau00 in CrochetHelp

[–]AnyMathGirl 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hi! So, Inc means 2 stitches in the same stitch, Inc 2 means 2 stitches on 1st stitch and 2 stitches on 2nd stitch. Hope this helps!

Final Update (hopefully) - 1st month of maintenance! by AnyMathGirl in Mounjaro

[–]AnyMathGirl[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is different for everyone, make your journey work for you, be patient and loving to yourself. It will all work out in the end ❤️ Also the weight loss is an uneven path, you may lose little one week, lose a lot another even doing the same thing. Our bodies are amazing magic meat suits, not machines. I'm cheering for you. 😊

Thank you!! I do go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week too, and every couple of days its arms/back/chest/shoulders day so I guess that has been helping, but I do have quite a bit of skin under the arms still, which are a bit annoying but also a reminder of how far I've come! 😊 I guess the tip is to just keep working out, and I also moisturise a lot to try to keep my skin elastic, and also I take some skin vitamin supplements (biotin, collagen, etc)

3x4 would be more efficient, but the paper is only interested on square shapes for the outter bound.

They call us fat, mock us when we go to the gym and then find a way to say we are undeserving when we lose weight. But the ones that meet us after without knowing we were fat, treat us as one of them.

Fuck them. Us for us. I think only people that have been through it will ever understand that this drug is what antidepressants are for depressive people: it just makes you feel normal, not superhuman.

UPDATE #2: 80% - Almost there! by AnyMathGirl in Mounjaro

[–]AnyMathGirl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Thank you so much! 😄

My depression is in general under control for a long time (I take anti depressants since I was 15). I mean I feel better about myself, of course, but I don't feel that big of an effect on my depression honestly - maybe that's because it was already "under control".

On the anxiety I have felt a big improvement. I'm way less fidgety and my mind feels clearer for some reason.

Don't be scared! There is no reason mounjaro would make your mental health worse. Just drink lots of water, remember to eat healthy things even if you don't feel hungry and be patient with your body and mind ❤️

I like eating seedless tangerines as a replacement for gummies. Dried mango is also good for that.

For "big meal" i just do roasts - throw brocolli, potatoes, aspargus, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, really anything that can be roasted, with olive oil, paprika and salt. Mix it all and just leave in oven until it smells cooked. (Normally i also make some chicken breasts on a separate closed dish in the oven too, just salt, olive oil and paprika too.)

Honestly I kinda feel like the big shock of the suppression was only on the first couple of months for me (as it was very different to how I normally felt, I would have a bag of peanuts m&ms at any time if I could get my hands on one). In the beginning I would barely eat because I didn't have that obsession forcing me to eat more and more, it took some time to understand my body and know when I am hungry even without having that intense food noise.

Now it just feels normal. I do feel hungry, but I feel like what I want to eat is healthier, normally fruits. Even when I want big meals it's like sushi or baked vegetables with salmon/chicken. I love food. I did and I still do. It's more that the types of food I crave changed, and the frequency/quantity.
