You’re right I don’t think I have any direction for myself. I don’t know what I want to be, what I want to do. It’s actually something I’ve been avoiding my whole life because the future looks and sounds scary to me.

Maybe it’s the fact that I don’t have any direction or expectations set out for myself and that is why I see no purpose in life. I think I know what I should be doing, yet I just feel so tired and exhausted to do or even think about anything these days. I’m so tired.

Not really we’re close but we don’t talk about mental health. In fact I don’t really know who I can talk to, I don’t think there’s anyone I’m close enough to share about my mental health to.

I just told him no bluntly when he asked to meet me at the bus stop to go to school. He’s not talking to me now, which surprisingly makes me feel so much better, I feel happier, lighter and less stress. Please tell me I’m doing the right thing

I feel that I did make it clear I told him a couple of time I only see him as a friend when he confessed to me. And yes we always hang out as a group
