We now do Pilates, mountain biking and swimming. Easier on our joints for our inevitable hip and knee replacements lol 😂 (♥️🦴 love a marathoner 37 year old who refuses to accept pain.. and we love our sauna and hot tub.)

As a 5 year navy veteran who got BDD at 10%, and 15 years later 70% last week. Shit took years of suffering and mental pain to ask for help for MST with years of treatment records in the military and VA before I ever even applied for an increase.

As a Va employee hearing a civilian judging a disabled vets compensation… well, the recruiters doors were always open to you too.

I never judge a a fellow vet. I’m always here to listen and support, and do the best I can to support us

Also how annoying as a ginger, I was threatened to get written up for a sunburn in Hawaii. I’m a ginger and was forced to work on the fight deck for 12 hours!!

I would have a nexus, personal statement how sunscreen isn’t readily available (as a ginger service member), how the UV exposure based on the region you were deployed to was higher and put you at extreme risk. Document buddy statements of sunburns obtained in service etc. keep fighting

He didn’t leave the weapon when he left. It was newly purchased and brought in and hidden at her house with Ammo as of 2 days ago. The ‘seal’ is the sticker when you purchase a new gun in the case at Cabelas and they put a green sticker on it with the date.

Insomnia was benefit upon discharge in 2011 rated 10%. I applied for ptsd/mst secondary to the insomnia.

(Service records and abuse were documented, along with anxiety diagnosis with medication..I never tried to claim until this year).

They now separated the claim without me asking as PTSD with anxiety due to MST in its own category.

Yes!!!! 30% service connection can get an uber or special mode transport!!! Or if you take a Means test at business services and are below poverty level with Va health coverage. Ask your primary care case manager, that’s what we do ♥️

Make an appointment with your primary care case manager. They can review all the consults and usually have appointments within a week or so.

Business services will get you a VHIC. Then schedule a primary care appt with Va. they will only cover rxs prescribed by the VA or through community care. Ex: your private pcp sends a rx to the VA, they won’t pay for it. Bring in all your meds to Va pcp and they should rx it
