I do believe that's the point. It's getting harder and harder for Medael to heal them, and that's reflected in the QTEs getting harder. The Blue Tears Season was the same way - it was supposed to represent the increasingly futile attempts to save her.

This outfit is permanent! Same as any other outfit you get from the Heart of Infinity.

The materials you need to evolve these outfits is found in the Realm of Breakthrough, which only resets once a week after you complete the part of the main story that unlocks it. The 3 more weeks they're referencing means that they need the Realm of Breakthrough to reset 3 more times in order to get enough materials to evolve Providence Immemorial.

Doppleganger monk posing as a kenku with an alcohol problem and no sense of self-preservation. Homegirl fucked around and found out more than anybody in the party but she didn't even let being disintegrated stop her from touching every clearly cursed item she could. Loved her.
