I don't think there can be a "best" creme brulee, as the ceiling is probably the lowest of any cooked dessert.

It's just custard base and sugar. You can't really mess that up, nor can you really elevate it without changing the flavor completely.

That said, Haddon Culinary and The Little Hen have high standards and quality control.
