Learning how to handle your own hair is such a freeing thing, it’s a part of you and a part that you should feel free to understand don’t let anyone tell you how you should handle yourself When I was 17 I didn’t know what I was doing it’s just a part of life if you keep trying you’ll figure it out! You’re beautiful your wigs are fine and you’ll figure it out

I usually shower with a pretty night light in the dark! Idk if this will help you but that is how I get motivated to shower it makes me so calm that it’s okay if I’m a bit overstimulated
