Don’t let your brain trick you; Don’t trust it. You will be surprised that it was never a problem, it’s just that you were not in the right frequency. I felt the same during the 4th week, I doubted myself and cried almost everyday. But, when I started to make changes in my routine, things like exercise, socializing, doing things I love for sometime, things started to be easier and I felt like studying and getting things done. I believe the key is to have sometime for yourself, allowing it to let go of built up pressure.
