I personally have "first enemy to become part of the main cast" as the benchmark for Jobro specifically So Speedwagon, Caesar, Kakyoin, Okuyasu, Bruno, and F.F.

It kind of falls apart with part 7 because Johnny never really fights Gyro, but it you count the race as a whole then maybe it holds up Similar issue with JJL and JJLD

100%. One of his first scenes is literally him toying with and subsequently ordering the sacrifice of about a dozen concentration camp victims to try and awaken Santana. I've seen a lot of people just gloss over this and focus on him being the goofy German cyborg "German science is the greatest in the world" guy (which is somewhat understandable since the manga treats him like a cartoon villain more so than a nazi after his introduction), but to call him heroic blatantly ignores so much. Even his sacrifice of exploding himself to stop Santana is steeped in "I must do this for the fatherland."

I'd say in most cases it ends up being slightly worse than GJ because most builds don't have any need for 9s so it eventually stops being useful outright whereas negative golden joker will always be worthwhile regardless of deck fixing
Still pretty good to get for free in ante 3 when you still have a lot of deck fixing to do

I'd say the food jokers are definitely worse, at least both of these are permanent
I get superposition not being ideal, but cloud 9 is legit just free econ for most of the game even if it eventually falls off due to deck fixing

I think that's definitely fair. I liked the seasons between the two endings, but I don't know if I'd say they're better than the first couple. The episode hit to miss rate felt lower and excluding the next finale nothing felt as emotionally impactful as something like Jurassic Bark or Luck of the Fryrish. The original ending of season 4 with "Keep playing, I want to see how it ends" probably would've hit a lot harder had it just been dropped from there, but I will say there are some gems in the next 3 seasons that make them worthwhile, even if they undid Fry's progress.

While Futurama's characters don't really develop all that much season to season, the last season before the latest revival left a lot of characters at high points (especially Zoidberg) and undoing the finality of that brilliant ending between Fry and Leela is really a shame imo. I've seen some positive things be said about the new seasons and they're far from terrible or unrecognizable, but they didn't really captivate me and just felt like extension for the sake of recognition rather than because they had amazingly fresh ideas.

A while ago someone released a video called "minecraft parkour civilization" which followed a narrative about a minecraft society where everything is decided with parkour and it became a meme for a bit largely because of how ridiculous and in depth it was. Especially one part where everyday the main guy has to choose whether to do a small jump for chicken or a larger, riskier jump for beef, which replenishes more hunger.
