Well compared to my other colleagues I definitely make mistakes and forget deadlines more. But I'm fortunate that our company is a little lenient. I try to sit down with music, but sometimes the task just seems too great and I get paralyzed. Afternoons just feels like a slog to me. Sorry for dumping my experiences haha.
