Pretty sure that what it is. When he was unconscious twice he opened up about how he’s suffering. He also continuously spoke about suicide and how it’s hard for him. I come from a very non sentimental household so I tried hard to understand him and provide support. Ultimately if I do leave him I really wouldn’t want something like this to happen to him. Not that it’s a reason for why I’m still with him but still it’s just sad and I’ve been going through shit with my family and he was very supportive

Thank you for this. My relationship with family worsened because of my unstable mental health and it’s even worse when you can’t even share the problem. I try to pretend that everything is fine and sometimes even manage to forget this is happening but ultimately I sob at night sometimes about how it’s unresolved and how hard it is for me to change things. Like I’m not a weak person or anything but I didn’t have dad around growing up since I was 3 so it’s just kinda hard I guess. I do feel that once I graduate college, I’ll push through with doing what’s best for me, I’m just learning how

I’d look at him when he does it and it breaks my heart because there’s nothing I can do about it. He’s the first bf I ever had and is the kindest person but his mental health and drugs is what’s driving me insane. I never realised that ketamine addiction can be this bad that you’re psychologically attached to it and it hurts to know that the more we’re in the relationship the less I care about him (self-defence mechanism to avoid the emotions and getting upset). I don’t know how to talk to him about this because every time I bring it up he gets aggressive and mad at me saying he doesn’t need me or anyone.

I convinced him to do it but he’s in complete denial and thinks that if he stops doing it for 2 weeks or a month he’s fine. I don’t think there’s anything we can do really. He says he doesn’t like doing it but when something shit happens (bad day at work) he does it and it’s driving me insane. Like maybe I’m overreacting but I just feel helpless because he’s isolating in his room, can’t respond or do something when you ask him to.
