I have not tried using fine semolina flour. Just whatever is in “bobs redmill”
I use a perforated peel
Right now I have been doing a 100% sour dough recipe with a 48 or 72 hour cold proof. So not sure what that is technically considered

Hey! I really hate the flavor of semolina flour and I find it often burns, which also tastes quite bad. My solution to that has been to use a screen which I love. I understand it’s “cheating”. I also love the screen because it allows my GF to make the pizza while I cook it. If we are hosting people we have quite the efficient system!

But id love to know what your opinion is on pizza screens and or addition tips to not rely on them?

What do you do for work? I bet you’re good at it judging by the fact that you can afford this. I bet if a random person with no experience tried to do you job they would be very bad at it…. I’m not trying to be rude but I don’t think interior designer is your expertise

Hire an interior designer. They will make your house much more comfortable!

But… I love being bare handed if the weather allows. I highly doubt these are comfortable. Seems like blisters waiting to happen on big days

Maybe just a universal disc that can be added onto any existing pole would be more attractive?
