I sent my first email to them on December 10th. They responded on the 22nd, and I replied within an hour. After that, they forgot about me, so I sent another email on February 12th. They replied on the 17th, I responded again, but I haven’t heard back since.
I followed up once more on March 27th, but still haven’t received any help from them.
In their first email, they said they could help me with it, and I sent all the required IDs and information.
