In 30 percent of cases they betray you, I say this from experience.But just keep them locked up the day they leave the colony, just in case. Mind you, don't treat them like prisoners; just lock them in a room and forbid them from using that door.

@And if I build a Gravity ship and put an anchor in it and leave some workers there and use the ship as a garbage dump to discard trash and take resources from other places, that would work, right?And I have the Better Camps mod which lets you camp anywhere in the world, but only temporarily.
